1. Eligibility: Participation in BNI Celebrate is open to all members of BNI Kochi & Idukki chapters who have actively contributed to the growth and success of their respective chapters.

2. Registration: To attend BNI Celebrate, participants must register with accurate and complete information, including their name, chapter, contact details, and any other required information. Registrants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of their registration details.

3. Event Access: Registering for BNI Celebrate does not guarantee access to specific sessions or privileges during the event. Access to sessions, workshops, and other event activities may be subject to availability and additional requirements.

4. Code of Conduct: All attendees of BNI Celebrate are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive may result in removal from the event premises and forfeiture of registration without refund.

5. Intellectual Property: BNI Cochin retains all rights to any intellectual property associated with BNI Celebrate, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials. Participants may not use BNI’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Liability: BNI Cochin and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in BNI Celebrate. Participants attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Photography and Videography: By attending BNI Celebrate, participants grant permission to BNI Cochin to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
